Loopholes and rule-bending

- Attempting to exploit loopholes will result in consequences.
In-game rules
Cheating and exploiting
- Do not use hacks, cheats, autoclickers, fast XP, mods, texture packs, macros, or anything else that gives an unfair advantage.
- Do not abuse glitches or exploits to gain an advantage or do something you should not be able to do.
- Do not use exploits to reach places you should not be able to access or to duplicate items.
- Do not use mods that make other players glow or let you see them through walls.
- Do not use ping spoofing mods, including Ravenclaw Ping Equalizer.
Minor bug abuse
- Do not exploit small glitches to skip minor tasks or gain a slight convenience. Report them instead.
Major bug abuse and server abuse
- Exploiting game-breaking bugs, including item duplication, invincibility, or server crashes, will result in severe punishment.
- Abusing any in-game glitch or bug to benefit yourself or others is not allowed.
Farming accounts, stats, and coins
- Do not use alternate accounts or recruit other players to gain kill tokens or boost kill stats.
- Do not let yourself be killed to give another player kill tokens or boost their stats.
- Do not artificially boost your balance, kills, or stats using AFK setups, macros, or alternate accounts.
Inappropriate structures and flooding
- Do not build anything offensive or inappropriate.
- Do not flood maps with water or create water casts that cover a large area.
Names and skins
- Usernames, capes, and skins must not be offensive, hateful, or NSFW.
Asking or begging

Stream sniping

Staff targeting
- Do not target staff members because they are staff.
Reporting issues

- Mods that automate actions, including autoclickers, aim assist, trigger bots, and automatic mace swaps.
- Mods that give you information about other players that you should not have.
- Reach or hitbox extension mods.
- Mods that allow movement while using your inventory, including InvMove.
- Any multibinding, including scroll-to-click bindings.
- Any Freecam mod.
Unlisted mods and clients
- A mod or client is not automatically allowed because it is absent from this list. Staff may punish players for using unlisted mods or clients.
Accounts and enforcement
Punishment evasion
- Using alternate accounts while one of your accounts is punished may result in another punishment or an extension.
- If you share your account or play on someone else’s account, you may still be banned for evading a punishment.
Account sharing
- If you give someone access to your account, or use an account someone has shared with you, you are trusting every person with access to follow the rules.
- If someone using a shared account breaks the rules and is muted or banned, you can, and most likely will, also be muted or banned for evading that punishment.
- Staff cannot track every shared account or reliably determine whether the current player is the person originally punished.
Conduct outside UnstablePvP
- Players can be punished for actions outside UnstablePvP, including actions involving people with no affiliation to the server.
- For example, threatening to dox or DDoS someone outside UnstablePvP can still result in punishment here.
- The punishment depends on severity. Punishment for conduct outside the server will most likely be the same as, or worse than, punishment for the same conduct here.
- There is no limit on how long a punishment may last for conduct outside UnstablePvP.
Rules supplied from the UnstablePvP Discord, 9 and 17 August 2026. Questions about a rule or modification? Ask staff on Discord.
